Abstract

Endoscopic sclerotherapy for treatment of enlarged gastrojejunal (GJ) stoma, with weight regain after Roux-en-Y (RYGB), has gained popularity in recent years. Previous studies on variceal sclerotherapy have noted transient hemodynamic changes due to increase in systemic vascular resistance, likely mediated by prostaglandins. We aimed to evaluate the incidence of these changes in our sclerotherapy cohort and attempted to treat it with IV Ketorolac.
