Abstract
血清肌酐常规测定方法从化学法——碱性苦味酸终点比色法发展为两点动力学法,使内源性非肌酐物质的干扰下降.与化学法比较,肌酐酶法分析不同程度提高了血清肌酐测定的特异性、灵敏度和线性测量范围.化学法与酶法间存在系统误差,参考范围不能通用.血清肌酐的生物学变异和分析变异较大,测定结果临床应用要注意其相对性.
