混合间栽水稻品种间基因流研究

Abstract
利用SSR分子标记技术对云南省嵩明和寻甸两地自然农田生态系统中合系41(现代水稻品种)和阿庐糯(传统水稻品种)混合间栽模式下品种间基因流的发生情况进行了研究.嵩明点,从阿庐糯到合系41的基因流频率为0.067%,从合系41到阿庐糯的基因流频率为0.033%;寻甸点,从阿庐糯到合系41、从合系41到阿庐糯的基因流频率均为0.033%.这一结果表明,品种间的基因流发生频率非常低,不会对保存种质资源本身的遗传特性造成明显的影响.
