Abstract
在分析MEMS加速度传感器测量倾角的原理和方法的基础上,设计了基于MEMS双轴加速度传感器的数字化全量程单轴倾角传感器,并介绍了其软硬件实现.通过分析加速度传感器的安装误差及X轴和y轴的灵敏度差异,给出了加速度传感器的参数校正算法,并确定合适的测量频率与带宽,经测试,所设计的数字化单轴倾角传感器测量范围±180°,精度0.1°.
