脑室出血后延期性脑积水的临床分析

Abstract
目的 探讨脑室出血后延期性脑积水的临床分析.方法将45例重型脑室内出血患者随机分为A、B两组,A组26例持续脑室外引流及尿激酶灌注的基础上,向腰蛛网膜下隙注入尿激酶及生理盐水;B组19例行非手术治疗,比较两组延期性脑积水发生率.结果 A组发生延期脑积水3例(11%),B组为8例(42%),两组比较差异有统计意义(χ=4.02,P<0.05).结论 对于脑室出血患者,如果达到一侧侧脑室血肿量超过半个脑室,第三、四脑室、导水管积血,对侧侧脑室后角积血的其中之一,即为手术指征.
