Abstract
为研究ANXA2与结直肠癌发展的关系以及其在肿瘤发展过程中作用的构效关系，构建了ANXA2基因敲除质粒重组子，然后导入人结直肠癌细胞系Cac02，经过一系列筛选过程，最终建立了基因敲除ANXA2的Cac02细胞系（ANXA2-／-Cac02）．经过PCR和WesternBlotting检测，确认该细胞系无任何野生ANXA2表达．
