阜宁县2008年疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

Abstract
目的 对阜宁县各种疫苗接种后异常反应(AEFI)的发生情况和监测系统运转情况进行分析.方法应用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析.结果阜宁县2008年通过监测系统共报告AE-FI 86例,其中,一般反应78例,占90.70%,异常反应8例,占9.30%;1岁以下儿童31例,占36.05%,接种后24 h内发生率为52.33%,就诊后24 h内及时报告率为56.98%.一般反应的主要表现是发热,占62.79%;异常反应主要为过敏性皮疹,占50.00%.结论为准确了解疫苗接种后AEFI的发生情况和科学评价AEFI监测系统运转情况,须加强AEFI的主动监测,规范预防接种操作,增加人员配备.
