Abstract
通过优化火道温度与跨越孔温度的相关数学模型、烟道吸力与煤气流量的控制模型和建立5个动态数学模型,解决了焦炉加热控制系统中存在的主要问题。与优化前相比,炼焦耗热量降低1.4%,COG单耗降低4.2%,BFG单耗降低1.8%,直行温度平均系数大于0.95,平均安定系数接近0.95。
