Damage of poison rye-grass, lolium temulentum in Shaanxi Province and it's control

Poison rye-grass, Lolium temulentum, a quarantine grass have been introduced to Shaanxi province several times since 1962 and caused some case of people poisoned. The paper reviewed the statue of the poison rye-grass through several aspects as its occurrence, damage and control. The control strategy was given, which included several key measures as eliminating grass in field through tillage in time, altering variety of wheat and rice-wheat rotation.
