Abstract
PDCA循环是由休哈特提出的,随后被戴明采纳、宣传,获得普及,所以它也被称为"戴明环",是持续改善产品质量的有效方法。丹阳黄酒具有独特的风味和源远流长的酒文化,其生产工序较多,操作较难,优质品率较低。我们运用了PDCA循环方法,对造成优质丹阳黄酒合格率较低的原因进行了分析,采取了一定的对策措施。通过攻关,优质丹阳黄酒的合格率提高了10%。
