The Function of Trehalose Protection on the Activity of Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATPase in Cryopreserving Skin

Objective:To investigate the function of trehalose/dimelhyl sulfoxide protection on the cryopreservation of skin function of the activity of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in orgopresening skin.Method:Using Reinila's method detect the activity Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase.Result:The results showed that the activity of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in rat's skin is increased gradually with the time dipping in the cryoprotectant.It is the highest in 30 min,then it is decreased gradually,the activity of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase is 60% after 50 min.Conclusion:The activity of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in sheep's and rat's skin is protected by putting trehalose in 30 min and 40 min.
