Design and Research of a Crystal Elements Automatic Arrangement Machine

A novel crystal elements automatic arrangement machine for 49S crystal elements making was introduced in this paper.The machine was used to arrange the raw elements automatically and efficiently onto the conveyer trays before they were laser label marked.The machine has a compact and reasonable structure and uses an AT89C51 single-chip computer as its control center.In the design of the software,easy operation and intelligent function are fully considered.Its working principle,mechanical structure and the control system were discussed in detail.
