半胱胺通过S-Au键修饰到金电极上形成半胱胺自组装单分子膜修饰金电极,该电极对多巴胺和抗坏血酸具有电催化作用,用示差脉冲法和循环伏安法对多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)进行测定,二者峰电位差为220mV,且该修饰电极稳定性与重现性好.
