黄连温胆汤加减治疗非糜烂性反流病临床观察

Abstract
目的观察黄连温胆汤加减治疗非糜烂性反流病的临床疗效.方法将非糜烂性反流病患者50例随机分为2组.治疗组25例采用黄连温胆汤加减治疗,对照组25例以西药高舒达及吗丁啉治疗.2组均1个月为1个疗程.结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为76.0%,2组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).反流性疾病问卷症状积分的改善治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论黄连温胆汤加减治疗非糜烂性反流病有较好疗效.
