上海市60例外来农民工尘肺发病分析

Abstract
对1986～2006年上海市职业病医院诊断的60例外来农民工尘肺病例进行构成、所属企业性质、发病年龄、接尘工龄等比较分析.本组病例以矽肺和电焊工尘肺为主,平均发病年龄38.0岁,平均接尘工龄7.6年.主要分布在集装箱制造、造船业的电焊作业以及机械加工、冶金、建筑材料系统.农民工尘肺发病的逐年增加,需制定规范的农民工使用制度,加强职业性健康体检工作,加强对<职业病防治法>的宣传,加大监督执法力度,积极开展预防性卫生监督,减少农民工尘肺病的发生.
