为提高修井作业井口机械的自动化程度,提出将离线编程技术引入修井井口机械的控制系统.阐述了新型液压动力钳离线编程系统的方法,成功开发出液压动力钳离线编程系统,编写了基于Solidworks虚拟环境的离线编程运动仿真控制软件,并将自行设计的便携式遥控装置引入虚拟环境,便于实际生产中的应用和推广.离线编程可以在现场不停机的情况下改变程序,提高工作效率,增强井口机械系统的柔性和可编程性.
