Abstract
目的 总结无张力疝修补术在老年腹股沟复发疝治疗中的临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2005～2009年38例老年腹股沟复发疝应用无张力疝修补的临床资料.结果 术后1例出现阴囊积液,无其它并发症.平均手术时间52min,术后5～8d痊愈出院,全部患者随访6～24个月未见复发.结论 治疗老年腹股沟复发疝首选无张力疝修补术,且需注重复发疝的预防.
