Abstract
目的:通过对两组百草枯中毒患者的治疗比较,总结提高抢救成功率的对策.方法:将63例百草枯中毒的患者分成两组,对照组(25例)与早期综合干预治疗组(38)例,经治疗后对比病人的死亡率,生存率和肺损伤的情况.结果:综合治疗组病人肺损伤大大下降,出院时间缩短.结论:早期使用电动洗胃,血液灌流,血必净等综合治疗的病人肺损伤下降,提高了生存率.
