Abstract
目的 研究用3-羟基-△5甾体化合物为原料合成3-酮-△4,6甾体化合物.方法 利用溴、溴化锂和助催化剂吡啶方法同时进行氧化脱氢.结果 得到目标化合物,精品收率达60%以上.结论 用该法收率高,成本低且一步合成.
