以电厂中常见的异种钢焊缝为研究对象,通过宏观观察、常温力学性能拉伸试验以及金相观察,分析了12Cr1MoV和TP304H异种钢焊缝失效的原因。结果表明,焊接熔合线上的楔形延伸及异常富碳层是形成裂纹的原因,蠕变孔洞组织的出现使得裂纹向12Cr1MoV侧母材延伸。
