摘要
Objective:To observe the effect of Thymic Peptide α1 combine with Lamivudine on levels of Th1/Th2-like cytokine in chronic hepatitis type B patients. Methods:A total of 48 cases with chronic hepatitis type B were divided into the treatment group and the control group by half. The levels of Th1-like cytokine(IFN-γ),Th2-like cytokine(IL-4)and HBV-DNA were tested by quantitative enzyme-linked sandwich immunoassay method.Meanwhile, the changes were compared before and after the treatment. Results:Symptoms and signs in both group changed after treatment in 6 months including lack of power, poor appetite and liver was uncomfortable. But the condition of treatment group was better than control gourp. The total effective rate in treatment group(95.8%,23/24)was higher then control group(75.0%,18/24)(P0.01).The indications before and after the treatment in the control group was not significantly different(P0.05).IL-4 and HBV-DNA level after treated in treatment group were significantly lower than before as well as compared with treated cases in the control group. The level of IFN-γ was increased obviously(P0.01).Conclusions:Thymic Peptide α1 can obviously improve the expressed level of IFN-γ among Th1-like cytokine in chronic hepatitis type B patients. It can improve the unbalance condition between Th1/Th2 cells and benefit for cleaning virus.
