本文考察了fnSiO2@mSiO2核壳纳米粒子的荧光特性,并选用布洛芬作为药物分子,考察了其在药物分子的负载和荧光检测方面的应用.结果表明:fnSiO2@mSiO2核壳纳米粒子可进行高灵敏的多元标记,并能给药物分子提供无阻碍的通道和足够的负载空间.
