Abstract
SUMMARY This article describes a document delivery service in a medium sized University Library. Beginning in 1998–1999, Randall Library instituted its first form of document delivery only for faculty. Over a period of six years, the service was carefully evaluated and expanded to include graduate students. Both the library's own materials and ILL materials were delivered. Electronic delivery is the current norm for articles, but books and media are delivered to academic departments by a staff member traveling via golf cart.
