Abstract
基于N-S方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,对同一蜗壳分别匹配叶片数为4、6、8的3种叶轮离心泵以清水为介质进行数值模拟,获得了离心泵的外特性及静压分布.结果表明:相同流量下,H(Z=6)>H(Z=8)>H(Z=4),P(Z=8)>P(Z=6)>P(Z=4);在80～120 m3·h-1流量范围内,η(Z=6)>η(Z=4)>η(Z=8);在40～80 m3·h-1流量范围内,η(Z=4)>η(Z=8)>η(Z=6).叶片数的增加使泵内流动更加稳定,存在恰当叶轮叶片数使得离心泵综合性能最佳.
