Abstract
利用数值模拟的技术,研究了采用平面、球面、锥形砧型时,800 MN模锻液压机主缸缸底锻件镦粗过程中锻件内部的应变、静水应力以及心部孔洞尺寸的变化情况.通过对不同砧型时锻件内部等效应变、静水应力、孔洞闭合程度以及镦粗工艺力的考察,得到了球面砧优于另外两种砧型的结论.
