Abstract
目的:通过施加组合力,将复杂埋伏阻生尖牙矫治就位,保留牙列的完整性,并避免损伤邻牙.方法:对5例7颗埋伏阻生尖牙进行翻瓣导萌术,术后正畸使用组合力牵引埋伏牙.结果:7颗埋伏阻生尖牙均进入牙弓并排齐,牙周附着良好,咬合功能正常.结论:使用组合力有助于保护邻牙,降低牵引的阻力,节约支抗.
