Relationship between cytochrome cyp2e1 and oxidative stress in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(nash) rats

Abstract
Objetive To observe the pathological change of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) and investigate its relationship between cytochrome CYP2E1 and Oxidative stress in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) rats.Methods To duplicate nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) rat models by high fat diet and control group received ordinary diet.The rats in both groups were killed by the end of 12 week.The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),blood glucose and insulin were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer.Liver tissue were obtained for detection of malondisldehyde(MDA) contents,superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity,the contents of cytochrome P450 and CYP2E1.The pathological changes in the liver were observed by light microscopy of HE-stained section.Results Comparing with control groups,the serum levels of ALT,AST,blood glucose and insulin,the liver tissue contents of MDA and cytochrome P450 and CYP2E1 in model groups were significantly elevated,anti-oxide SOD were decreased significantly in model group(P0.05).The seerity degree of hepatic fatty degeneration aggravaed and inflammation score in model groups were significantly increased(P0.05).Conclusion We succeeded duplication Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis rat models can be made by high fat diet.CYP2E1 were related to the pathological change of NASH in rats.The MDA contents and SOD activity play an important role in the process of lipid peroxidation.
