Abstract
根据SDRAM的工作原理和接口时序特点,提出了一种基于FPGA的SDRAM控制器实现方法。采用VHDL在MODELSIM环境进行设计与仿真,较好地实现了各种工作状态的转换。在Xilinx公司的器件上利用CHIPSCOPE进行验证,实验结果表明,SDRAM能够很好地完成读写操作。
