目的 优化清热达郁口服液的提取工艺.方法 采用正交实验设计,以梓醇、黄芩苷的含量为考察指标,并进行多指标综合评分,优化提取条件.结果 清热达郁口服液的最佳提取工艺为:加8倍量水,回流提取3次,2 h/次.结论 该提取工艺稳定可行.
