简要介绍了长波红外激光应用和技术发展状况,采用Tm∶YAP激光器泵浦光参量振荡器(OPO)的技术途径,获得了0.8 W的长波红外激光输出,输出波长峰值位于8.1μm,光参量振荡器的光转换效率为6%,输出斜效率为6.9%。
