Abstract
In order to understand the relationship between potassium and salt-tolerance and grain yield under salt stress,salt-resistant Lumai 10 was used to determine the effects of different potassium fertilizer levels on some physiological indexes and yield of wheat through field trial. The results showed that potassium(K+) content and the ratio of potassium(K+) and natrium(Na+) were increased, and the water retentivity of leaf were improved. The content of chlorophyll of flag leaf was increased at grain-filling stage, and the function stage of leaf was prolonged, resulting in a significant increase in the photosynthetic rate and grain yield of flag leaf.In the present study, the effect of treatment with 90 kg K2O/hm2 was optimal, but the effect decreased with continued supply of potassium fertilizer.
