首先详细介绍了CAD/CAE/CAM技术在机械行业中的应用过程;然后以曲轴为例,应用CAXA 实体设计完成曲轴结构设计,运用ANSYS软件对曲轴的结构进行固有频率的模态分析,应用CAXA制造工程师完成对曲轴结构的模拟数控加工.结果表明:机械产品设计过程中引入CAD/CAE/CAM 技术可以大大缩短开发周期和节约开发费用.
