引燃温度对溶胶-凝胶自燃合成的Ni0.35Zn0.65Fe2O4性能的影响

Abstract
采用溶胶-凝胶自燃法制备Ni0.35Zn0.65Fe2O4粉末,研究引燃温度对燃烧产物性能的影响.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对粉末的物相和磁性能进行了表征.结果表明,凝胶自燃后的粉体具有单一的尖晶石型NiZn铁氧体相,粉末颗粒尺寸约20nm,样品的比饱和磁化强度随自燃温度的升高而提高.引燃温度为400℃时比饱和磁化强度达70.2A·m2/kg,说明凝胶自燃法可直接制备出纳米铁氧体粉末.
