多糖巨球对甲基橙的吸附研究

Abstract
以马铃薯淀粉为原料,采用反相悬浮法制备了多糖巨球,利用可见光光谱仪研究了多糖巨球对甲基橙的吸附特性。结果表明,甲基橙初始质量浓度、pH值和温度对多糖巨球的吸附量影响明显。当多糖巨球投入量为1 g、pH为6.848、温度为20℃时,吸附率达99.4%。利用Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型对多糖巨球等温吸附曲线进行了描述,实验结果符合Freundlich模型(R2=0.999)。
