摘要
Objective To investigate the role of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) in the pathogenesis of vaginal candidiasis in mice. Methods Balb/c mice were used to establish the model of vaginal candidiasis by subcutaneous injection of estradiol and vaginal perfusion of Candida albicans inocula.TSLP,IL-2 and IL-10 expression of the vagina in experiment and control groups was determined by laser scanning confocal microscopy and ELISA,respectively. Results Vaginal TSLP expression and IL-10 level were significantly higher in experiment group than those in control group (P0.01).IL-2 concentration increased on the 7th day but decreased on the 14th day (P0.01).Both the contents of IL-10 after 7d and 14d of vaccination were obviously higher than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The overexpression of TSLP may play an important immunomodulatory role in the candidal pathogenesis.
