Application and Study of Isolation Technology in Strengthening School Engineering

The school security engineering is an important decision implemented by our coun try,which is an important measure to improve the seismic capacity and comprehen sive disaster prevention capacity,and it has great significance of protecting t he safety of teachers and students.This paper use the isolation technology to s trengthen the schools which could not meet the seismic requirements.Damping wor k principle about adding story isolation on the top of the building is studied s ystematically by establishing the simplified model of two particles of isolated system,and parameter optimization method of isolation layer is proposed.Finall y,adding story isolation technology for reinforcement was used on the top of a teaching building which could not meet the seismic requirements.The results sho wed that the damping effect is very good and reach the seismic requirements.So we can conclude that the isolation method had an important use value for rehabil itation and strengthening of school premises.
