摘要

2006年3月～2009年6月,我院采用带粗隆固定接骨板(troch stabilizing plate,TSP)的动力髋螺钉(dynamic hip screw,DHS)治疗大转子粉碎的转子间骨折36例,经临床观察效果满意.
