氯虫苯甲酰胺对小菜蛾生长发育的亚致死效应研究

Abstract
采用叶片药膜法,确定氯虫苯甲酰胺对小菜蛾三龄幼虫的亚致死剂量(LC25和LC50),研究其对小菜蛾Plutella xylastella (L.)生长发育的亚致死效应.结果表明:与空白对照相比,亚致死浓度的氯虫苯甲酰胺处理后,小菜蛾幼虫体重显著降低,蛹期与产卵历期均显著延长,单雌产卵量显著增加,幼虫生长发育历期、羽化率显著降低,孵化率略有下降.在亚致死剂量下,氯虫苯甲酰胺能够提高小菜蛾种群的发育速率和繁殖力,这对协调田间的化学防治和生物防治、制定小菜蛾综合防治策略的有积极意义.
