南京市学龄前儿童乳牙龋病的流行病学调查及其相关因素分析

Abstract
目的:调查3～6岁儿童乳牙龋病的流行情况并分析其相关因素.方法:随机抽取南京市6所幼儿园1 375名3～6岁儿童进行口腔检查,并对其父母进行问卷调查.结果:3～6岁儿童平均患龋率和龋均为50.47％和2.13,龋牙充填率为6.93％.睡前吃甜食、经常喝甜饮料、母乳喂养、最近一次看牙间隔时间以及母亲文化程度与儿童患龋有关.结论:应加强对家长及儿童口腔健康教育,做好龋病的防治工作.
