Study on calibration of ozone analyzers applied in environmental monitoring field by model 49i-PS ozone calibrator

Concerning on the calibration of ozone analyzers applied in environmental monitoring field a standard apparatus by using model 49i-PS ozone calibrator was proposed.The measuring mechanism,main technical specifications and operation method were introduced.The influence of material quality of gas transmission pipe on ozone concentration was investigated.Experimental results suggested that common stainless pipe adsorbed ozone gas strongly,which made ozone concentration decrease obviously.Experiments demonstrated that PU pipe adsorbed ozone gas hardly,which could be used instead of polytetrafluoroethylene pipe with lower price.
