Abstract
The nature of post-chemotherapy residual masses can only be determined by excision and histological examination, but at present, no consensus has been reached as to whether all patients with residual masses should undergo adjunctive surgery and to what extent this resection has to be done. The aim of this study is to assess the operative feasibility, clinical and oncological outcomes, and complications of post-chemotherapy laparoscopic retroperitoneal residual mass resection (PC-LRRMR).
