Abstract
射频组织原位消融技术是目前治疗原发性肝癌(primary hepatocellular carcinoma, PHC)的一种有效方法. 合理掌握手术适应证, 选择合适的治疗途径, 并辅以其他治疗手段能够使患者获得最好的治疗效果. 射频组织原位消融在治疗3 cm以下肝癌效果与肝切除相当, 而并发症、死亡率、住院时间和费用却大大降低. 今后射频组织原位消融将会成为PHC的综合治疗中一个越来越有力的工具.
