以间甲酚为起始原料,经乙酰化、氯化、Sommelet反应、甲基化反应与水解反应等步骤制得间甲氧基苯甲醛,总收率为67％.该合成路线操作简单、安全、所用原料容易采购,且工艺成本较低,是一条适合工业化生产的合成路线.
