摘要
The gas-sensitivities of zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPc) and its fluorinated derivative (zinc hexadecafluorophthalocyanine—ZnF16Pc) films to a series of reducing gases at room temperature are studied. The results indicate that the gas-sensitivities and the response rates of ZnPc film to ammonia, trimethylamine and methylamine can be improved significantly via fluorination. In a concentration range of 0.5–1 ppm (3.66×10−8–7.13×10−7 mol/mL), the gas-sensitivities to ammonia, methylamine and trimethylamine can reach 2–4 orders, respectively. The ZnF16Pc film has a good selectivity and stability, and it can be completely recovered by high-purity N2 at room temperature.
