Abstract
目的:建立妊娠期解脲脲原体(ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)生殖道感染的实验小鼠模型,观察其对新生仔鼠出生体重的影响.方法:血清4型UU标准株生殖道感染妊娠期孕鼠,观察对新生仔鼠体重的影响,并通过UU病原学分离培养、病理学及免疫组化等方法探讨其可能机制.结果:UU感染的新生仔鼠体重平均为1.518 g,对照组新生仔鼠体重平均为1.924 g,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001).结论:妊娠期UU感染可通过垂直传播方式影响子代发育,导致出生低体重.
