摘要
Objectives To evaluate the best time of micturating cystourethrography(MCU)for early detecting and grading vesicoureteric reflux(VUR). Methods The records of 392 patients who were hospitalized for urinary tract infection(UTI)from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2007 and underwent MCU had been reviewed. The results of B ultrasound, urine microproteinuria, urinalysis, urine culture,DMSA and renal function were evaluated. Results (1)Of 392 patients enrolled in this study, the average age was 2.43 ± 3.10 years. Two hundred thirty patients were proved no VUR(VUR positive group)and 150 patients had primary VUR(VUR negative group)by MCU. The ratio of male/female was 1.23. (2)There were significant difference in DMSA,renal scar, urine microproteinuria between VUR positive and negative groups. (3)The incidence of primary VUR in all patients was 41.33%:93(62%)patients were younger than 2 years old;39(26%)patients were between 2 and 7 years old;18(12%)patients were older than 7 years old. Conclusions More attention should be paid to UTI patients with abnormal results in DMSA,urine microproteinuria, especially to boys younger than 2 years old because of more possibility of suffering VUR.
