Research and analysis of conventional items situation of pathological examination applications

Objective:To investigate the general information filling status, effect and cause of pathological examination applications, and to introduce the corresponding countermeasure.Methods: To select randomly 37 500 pathological examination applications, and to investigate the general information filling status, effect and cause. Results: 21 750 applications were not standardized in 37 500 applications, accounting for 58.0%, with complex causes and serious consequences. Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen understanding and management of pathological examination applications to make it accurate and complete.
