催化裂化烟气脱硫脱硝技术的应用

Abstract
介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司3.5 Mt/a催化裂化(FCC)装置引进美国DuPont-Belco的EDV(Electro-Dynamic Venturei)湿法洗涤脱硫技术(EDV(R))和LOTOX (Low Temperature Oxidation System)脱硝技术(LOTOXTM).使用该技术后,FCC装置外排烟气污染物质量浓度大幅度下降,SO2质量浓度从553 mg/m3下降到29 mg/m3;氮氧化物质量浓度从215 mg/m3下降到29 mg/m3;粉尘质量浓度从152 mg/m3下降到25 mg/m3,远低于国家排放标准,具有很好的环保效益.同时该技术还节省了FCC装置烟囱的投资,洗涤系统压力降低,对前部系统影响小,外排烟气无水滴,操作简便,设备可靠,能与FCC装置同步运行.
