Abstract
采用Fluent软件对某大型双吸离心泵内部流场进行数值模拟,计算得出不同流量下叶轮所受径向力,作为叶轮转子有限元分析的边界条件.应用ANSYS Workbench软件对离心泵叶轮转子进行模态分析,得到四阶固有频率和振型;加载径向力载荷后,不同流量下叶轮转子产生形变,其中0流量和0.4 Q0流量时泵密封环处形变量超出密封间隙设计值,为泵的密封环间隙的设计和修改提供了参考依据.
