Abstract
苯丙醇经溴代得1-溴-3-苯基丙烷(3)后,与乙胺反应得到N-苯丙基乙胺(4),4在氢氧化钠和溴化四乙铵催化下,与3再反应得到N-乙基-N-(3-苯丙基)苯丙胺(即阿尔维林,5),再与柠檬酸成盐得到解痉药枸橼酸阿尔维林,总收率约58%。
